Pilates is a movement practice that allows the body to feel as an interconnected whole. Pilates strengthens the core, improves mobility, and revitalizes energy with moves that connect to the breath. Pilates is a gentle and powerful practice of sequential moves that build stability, strength and mobility in the whole body. Movements are done on a mat using the breath to be steady and not in a rush. The small controlled movements help to sculpt muscle and strengthen the core. They improve posture by bringing awareness to how we hold the body. The results continue to be felt with more ease in the joints, relief from chronic aches and pains, and more spaciousness in the hips.

Please Note: Participants are advised to bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and comfortable clothing. Sessions begin promptly, so please arrive a few minutes early.
