The Winona Area Learning Center Child Care Center is committed to the care and growth of infants and toddlers of student parents.  We provide a strong developmental child care program and support for student parents while they complete their high school education, prepare to enter the work force or advance themselves to further education. 

Our policies are determined by the Mn Department of Children, Youth and Families and Winona Area Public Schools.  Policies intend to ensure the health, safety and well-being of the children as well as the parents.  We apply policies with flexibility and in the best interest of the child and the parent when possible, where health and safety and licensing requirements will not be compromised.
