All Basic Skills Classes are for adolescent and adult dogs that are dog and people friendly. We will work on being able to focus in a class environment along with such skills as Sit, Down, Leave it, Stay, Hand Targeting, Mat Work, Loose Leash Walking, Polite Greetings & Coming when called. *Please note, first week is Orientation without dogs. Completion of this course fulfills the training requirements for a MN Permit to Carry a Handgun, valid in 27 states as well as a Florida Permit which adds an additional 7 states. This is a basic course for adults with little or no experience with firearms, as well as more experienced shooters. The live fire shooting exercise includes one-on-one coaching. Handguns and ammunition are provided. DO NOT BRING FIREARMS OR AMDMUNITION INTO THE CLASSROOM. *You may wish to pack a lunch.
