The Spring Basketball Shooting Lab is for girls and boys in grades 3-8. This lab is designed to help athletes improve shooting mechanics, footwork, confidence, and consistency through high-repetition, game-speed reps. Sessions emphasize quality form, efficient movement, and confidence-building shooting habits in a structured and supportive environment. This lab is coached by Jonte Flowers.
