CTIC - Community Transition Inter Agency Committee

Our mission is to promote effective transition services through community collaboration for youth with disabilities that will prepare them for adult life. Members of the committee may include representatives from education, adults with disabilities who have received transition services, parents of youth with disabilities, local business or industry, rehabilitation services, county & health agencies and additional public or private adult service providers. Transition planning includes the areas of Employment, Post-Secondary Education & Training, Recreation & Leisure, Home Living, and Community Participation.
